As an actor, director, coach and teacher, Peter has worked extensively for more than 17 years Off-Broadway, on Broadway National Tours, and in Regional Theatres across the country, as well as in Television, Film and Commercials.

In his own Actor-Training, he was fortunate to study with some of the most prominent teachers in Theatre: Anne Bogart, Ted Kazanoff, Marvin Hamlisch, James Sherman, and head of the Moscow Art Theatre, Anatoly Smeliansky among others.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Fine Arts in Acting and Directing from the Professional Theatre Training Program at Brandeis University: a former League School and rated 6th in the country for Actor Training at his time of attendance.

He has instructed all levels from beginning novices to Broadway Professionals, and has taught Acting at Western Michigan University, The University of Kentucky, Brandeis University, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Stage One Theatre, Tibbits Opera House, Kalamazoo Civic Theatre, and Theatre in The Park, as well as maintaining his own private students in New York and Louisville, KY. He is currently completing work on his first book: "ACTING NOW! A Revolutionary New Approach to Acting."
